AEGIS AUTONOMOUS
Terms of Service for Aegis Autonomous.
Effective date: February 15, 2026
These Terms govern use of this website and advisory services provided by Aegis Autonomous. By using this site or engaging services, you agree to these Terms.
Aegis Autonomous provides advisory and implementation support related to governed automation, operational reliability, and AI-assisted workflows. Exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and support boundaries are defined per engagement in writing.
Services are provided with professional care and structured operating controls. However, no guarantee is made that specific revenue, profit, or performance outcomes will be achieved, since outcomes depend on client systems, decisions, data quality, and operating context.
Client agrees to provide timely access, accurate context, and designated decision owners, including:
Pricing models may include hourly advisory, fixed-scope implementation packages, or retainers. Payment terms are specified in proposals or invoices. Late payments may pause ongoing work until account status is resolved.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client retains rights to client-provided materials and client-specific operational data. Aegis Autonomous retains rights to pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, and general know-how used to deliver services.
Non-public business and technical information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only for service delivery and related support, except where disclosure is required by law.
You agree not to misuse the website or services, including attempts to bypass security controls, disrupt systems, scrape protected interfaces, or abuse forms and APIs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegis Autonomous is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Aggregate liability for direct claims related to services is limited to amounts paid for the relevant engagement period.
Either party may terminate services according to agreed engagement terms. Client remains responsible for fees due for work performed up to the termination effective date.
Engagements may involve integration with third-party services, APIs, and infrastructure. Their availability, pricing, and terms are outside Aegis Autonomous control and remain subject to third-party conditions.
Terms may be updated as services evolve. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page, with a revised effective date.
